Hiring or Die Trying
A couple of reminders:
| Ask a neighbor, friend or local contractor for reviews. | See if the quality job was completed on time and on budget. | Ask contractor for license or contact city hall for permits. | Keep an open line of when the time frame of the project will be started and completed. |
| Get a couple of bids and decide which is more quality and time over price. | Get a detailed bid and both homeowner and contractor sign and date | Price might be high but do not be scared it is all in the walls not labor. | Your not the only job they have there are multiple ones they have going on. So give them time. |
The blocks can be a
large ranging from 8x18x12 or 4x18x12. The weight is another factor ranging
from 10 pounds to 30 pounds depending
the size of the block. It is a real back breaking work
